I went on the Stella Alpina run again in July 2009
with the BigTrailBike Club. This year we rode to the
Alps via the Pyrenees so it was a brilliant 10 days of
hardcore biking on sweeping mountain roads with a
bunch of quick riders. I took plenty of photos with my
Tiger 1050 with a Mountain backdrop.
On 24 May 2009 I rode a track day at Rockingham
Raceway in the UK. The Tiger 1050 holds it's own
well on the track. The Triumph 1050 engine is
amasing, I could power past the 600's at will. The
radial brakes and my Dunlop Roadsmart tyres are
well up to the job.
